Applications now open for Round 4 grants of up to $10,000 under the COVID-19 Business Impact Support Program
The Tasmanian Government has announced a fourth round of support for businesses that have been impacted by the current COVID situation.
Round four of the program is targeted at assisting businesses that experienced trading losses or reduced customer demand due to COVID-19 for the period of 15 March to 14 April 2022.
Funding amounts and eligibility criteria remain consistent with previous funding rounds, with grants amounts ranging from $1,000 – $10,000.
Businesses that experienced an unavoidable loss of perishable goods because they had to close for seven days or more may also be eligible for payments of between $1,000 and $5,000.
To be eligible for support under this program, a business must have a COVID-19 Safety Plan, a completed risk assessment in place and, where required, a COVID-19 Case and Outbreak Management Plan.
Applications are now open and close at 2pm Thursday 12 May 2022.
Business that received assistance through the first three rounds of the program may still be eligible to apply under round four.
